First - Let me explain.

I am not a vegan, nor are any of my friends. I once practiced veganism but gave up because I started to resemble that sickly runny nosed child that sat next to you in third grade and sneezed all over your favorite pencil you let him borrow. Needless to say, I was not being a very healthy vegan and realized I could not rely on Vegan Hotdogs every night for adequate nutrition. I miss veganism, truely, but this time I want to do things differently - I am going to ease myself and my unsuspecting fiance into this whole experience.

Instead of all or nothing my goal is to experiment and incorporate 4 Vegan dishes into my weekly meals. I will post my recipes, where I got them, and also review the dish afterwards.
